WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

You are more than welcome to pop in during our opening hours but Our showroom can be very busy at times so if you if you require a more personal service please contact us to book a consultation.

Although well behaved children are always welcome, we would strongly advise you to leave them at home (not alone please) as it can be very difficult trying to concentrate on planning your big day with an excited or tired child.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

We cover primarily North & North East Lincolnshire. Please contact us if you are outside this area as we may be available outside of the main wedding season.

For stationery & DIY décor, we cover the whole of the UK.

WHAT DISTANCE DOES YOUR FREE DELIVERY & SET UP/COLLECTION AREA COVER?

Our free delivery & set up/collection covers spends of over £75.00 on balloons or £250 on venue decorations in the Grimsby & Cleethorpes area. Outside of these areas a delivery fee may be charged.  Please contact us for details.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

A non refundable booking fee can be paid by card bank transfer, cash or PayPal. To save any confusion no booking is confirmed unless a booking fee has been paid.

STUCK FOR DECOR IDEAS?

If you’re stuck on any ideas for your decoration and need inspiration, we will be more than happy for you to book an appointment to view our showroom, where our experienced staff will be able to give you expert advice on dressing your venue.

WHAT IS AN ON SITE MEETING?

We know most of the venues in our area like the back of our hand so this is generally not required however this is a service we offer to which involves meeting up at the event venue to discuss ideas & the practicalities of those ideas. As you can imagine this can be very time consuming so there is a charge to cover our expenses. Please contact us for more details.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Many venues are now insisting on insurance. We hold £2m of public liability insurance for our Event Furnishing/Decorating Business
